Lisa Nielsen
Social media advice for career-minded students. 10 things to consider.
Lisa Nielsen's and others opinions are very true. These 10 statements should be read by anyone that uses a social media website. For a young adult, you should definitely stop cursing, posting selfies, and ruining your reputations on social media. For a student about to go to college, social media is not your friend because if a teacher or adviser from college sees you cursing or doing something bad on the web, your reputation will be ruined. Also you can say goodbye to any scholarships you have got from the college. Adults that are into Facebook also need to be careful on what they post because if they get caught by their bosses, they may get fired. This article has taught me a lot and I will use what I learned in the future.

In recent years, advances had been made in stereoscopic ("3D") techniques that allow the merging of two sets of images to give the illusion of depth. This technology works by capturing reality not as just a two dimensional, or stereoscopic representation, but as a true three dimensional scene, comprised of three dimensional "pixels" that faithfully represent the fine details of the scene. This information is stored as a freeD™ database, which can then be tapped to produce (render) any desired viewing angle from the detailed information. This enables a far superior way of capturing reality, which allows breaking free from the constraints of where a physical camera with a particular lens had been placed, to allow a freedom of viewing which has endless possibilities.

Tina and Louise
My Favorite Restaurant
Segovias is a hispanic restaurant that gives you the best tasting foods. My family and I eat there all the time! They give out huge portions for each meal. My favorite entree is the skirt steak. It is very juicy and flavorful. That comes with REAL potato chips, rice, and vegetables.
Tina and Louise is located in Carlstadt, NJ. This is probably my favorite restaurant. It serves delicious Chinese food plus awesome specials. My favorite meal that I order starts off with two appetizers. First i get an order of dumplings with the best sauce to dip them in. Plus an order of orange ribs that comes with
another amazing dipping sauce.
For my main dish I usually get sesame chicken. That comes with white rice and a fruit that looks like an animal. The sesame chicken has an orange sauce put all over them and has sesame seeds on top. This combines to make a delicious meal for me. If this restaurant closed down my next favorite would be Segovias in Moonachie.another amazing dipping sauce.

The emerging process of 3-D printing, which uses computer-created digital models to create real-world objects, has produced everything from toys to jewelry to food. Soon, however, 3-D printers may be spitting out something far more complex, and controversial: human organs.

- How can a wiki be used in your current classes? (tip: Use the Internet, here is a good source). Be specific to your classes! Today in English class, we had a review packet due, my teacher told us to bring our textbooks home over the weekend and answer the questions. I told her that i forgot to bring my textbook home. She said that I could have just looked up Romeo and Juliet on Wikipedia and any questions I had I could have got the answers from there.
- What are the benefits of using a wiki? A wiki gives you answers to anything you need to know. It is also very easy and good for people who do not have an expertise in working a computer.
- How can we create one in this class and utilize it? We can make groups and make lists of whatever project we need to do.
- What experience do you have using or creating wikis? I haven't made a wiki but i use it when i have questions for a project or paper.

Wikis i think are Wikipedias just in a shortened name. A wiki is a website that you can search anything you want to know and has a lot of links so if you don't understand a word you can just click on it. I have used wikis for research papers and books i have read. Wikis can help education because you can search anything you need to understand better and it is very easy to be used.

The Largest Earthquake In U.S. History Happened 50 Years Ago Today
At 5:42 a.m. on March 27, 1964, a 9.2-magnitude earthquake erupted 78 miles east of Anchorage, Alaska. The earthquake remains the most powerful earthquake to strike North America, and the second-largest earthquake ever measured. 11 aftershocks were recorded with a magnitude greater than 6.2. Only 139 people died in the earthquake, however, and only 15 as a direct result of the quake itself. Most people died from the two tsunamis, including 5 people in Oregon and 13 in California. Many areas of Anchorage and Juneau had to be completely redeveloped. Here are some of the most incredible photos taken after the biggest U.S. quake ever.

I usually join something because i am interested in it and i know people that also have it. I like knowing what i am purchasing before i actually do buy it. The influence is usually my friends or family. Most of the time a stranger can't influence me to buy it.

Invisible Cloak
If I was invisible I would try and help as many people as I could. I would help kids that are being bullied, hold doors for old women, and play with kids who have no friends. I wouldn't look to do anything good for myself, I would want to help others that need it more than I do.
If somebody needed help i would help them with or without the cloak on. Everybody should do a good deed for someone everyday. It should give you a good feeling inside when you do something nice for someone.

I've never used a spreadsheet in any other class but after learning about it now, spreadsheets can make my work much easier. If I ever need to calculate or list how much money i made over a couple days, months, or years, a spreadsheet could do that all for me. If i list how much money i made over a couple weeks, i can highlight it and the spreadsheet could give me the sum, average, etc. Spreadsheets will help me alot in the future.

biology
My teacher for biology is Mrs. Sistarnik. She is tall with black hair and is an amazing teacher. She wasn't the teacher who started off teaching my biology class this year because she was pregnant. I went into this class hoping not to learn about cells like i did throughout my entire middle school science classes.
But now I realize, in order to do good in biology, you must know all of the cells and their functions.
She has taught us about cells, chemical reactions, and processes.
She grades us the same way that most teachers do. My favorite part of the class is that we are learning how all plants help us to survive. Also, the food chain and how the earth started interest me. Everyday we walk into class and there is a "do now" on the board. She always uses her computer to show us notes.
Mrs. Sistarnik even has an online textbook that she uses to show us things in the textbook. Instead of making us bring our textbooks to class, she uses that. This is her school website, Mrs. Sistarnik's school website. This is my biology class website.
